We have a stable, reliable and customer-focused team of craftsmen, qualified by experience and training for the projects we undertake.

Managing this team of individuals so we all work together is vital. Our site managers and charge hands have job descriptions and process manuals documenting roles and responsibilities to ensure this happens on site.

Performance and quality standards are now higher than ever thanks to an award-winning training package, specially designed to develop our site managers' management and leadership skills.

Our experienced management team maintains overall control, ensuring all projects proceed according to the contract.

Rejecting the trend for sub-contractors, Neil believes quality depends on using well-managed, highly trained, directly employed craftsmen whether the construction contract is for £5k or £1m.
This approach enables us to maintain consistently high levels of quality workmanship and practice and to meet tightly controlled deadlines and budgets.

Simon is a master craftsman with 25 years' experience in construction. An excellent communicator and problem-solver, he has an eye for detail that ensures his contracts are completed to a very high standard. Simon has an NVQ4 in Site Management.

Project Co-ordinator
John is an IT specialist: databases and spreadsheets are his tools and one of his responsibilities is to maintain our computer-based project management and estimating programmes. His IT skills are unrivalled and he uses them to keep all our sites running efficiently, providing maximum support for our site managers and charge hands.
   
Andrea Farquarson Andrea Hewett
A multitude of talents are required for a multiplicity of tasks, and Andrea juggles them all, fulfilling an important role in the efficient operation of our projects. As well as being the first point of contact for prospects and clients, she is responsible for ensuring goods and materials arrive on site when our site managers need them.
