We are happy to recruit suitable school leavers and under-25-year-olds as trainees under the Modern Apprenticeship scheme, helping them to develop the skills they need to become craftsmen.

Construction offers opportunities for women as well as men, and we would support suitable candidates through craft training for site work or administrative / management training in the office.

Mature entrants to the industry and semi-skilled labourers with drive are particularly welcome and may be sponsored by the company on day-release upskilling courses to achieve NVQ craft recognition.
